Job description: Job Description:Role: Sales Executive-Fresh FoodIndustry: Online/E-commerce platform dealing in fresh food itemsLocation: Dubai, UAERole summary: Finding and onboarding new customers and driving salesCandidates should have a proven track record of sales in UAE and global e-commerce platforms. Only UAE based candidates available for face to face interview will be considered.Responsibilities:· Identifying potential customers through networking and following leads.· Arranging meetings with potential and existing customers to present company products.· Persuading customers to purchase company products by highlighting product benefits and keyfeatures.· Ensuring monthly and annual sales targets and budgets are achieved· Building and maintaining solid working relationships with both new and existing customers.· Negotiating pricing with suppliers and vendors to encourage purchases.· Promptly submitting purchase orders to the relevant department for processing.· Following up with customers to inquire into whether purchased products meet their expectations.· Completing the necessary administration accurately to complete each sale.· Addressing customer concerns and resolving complaints regarding sales.RequirementsRequirements:· High school diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management / Commerce/Marketing preferred.· Valid UAE driver’s license.· Proven sales experience.· Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills – Target driven· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.· Effective communication skills.· Exceptional customer service skills· Outgoing & resilient personality, with a passion for business growth· Proven record of revenue generation from new and retained customers· Excellent communicator and networker who demonstrates integrity in every deal· Fluency in Arabic is a bonusKnowledge:· Has a good understanding of foodstuffs industry· Has succeeded in diverse and profitable customer portfolios in the food industry using e-commerceor purchasing platformsExperience:· 3+ years of sales experience within industries focusing on container trade of raw material, food &beverage, supply chain & logistics, FMCG, multi-national, import/export· Knowledge in Marine or Land Proteins categories an advantage· Demonstrable large SKU count/catalogue management· An outstanding track record of service standards.Interested candidates, kindly share your cv on with email subject stating ‘Sales Executive-Fresh Food’BenefitsVisa and medical insurance
