About the role

The In-Room Dining Server is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our ever-discriminating guests.

What you will do

Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms in a timely and accurate manner.

Set up and clear trays and tables in guest rooms, ensuring proper presentation and cleanliness.

Communicate with guests to ensure their satisfaction with the food and service.

Process payments for room service orders accurately and efficiently.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of room service areas, including storage areas and service corridors.

What you bring

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Can work efficiently and effectively in a fast paced demanding environment.

Previous experience in a similar role within 5* luxury hotel/brand standalone restaurant.

Knowledge of MICROS preferred.
