Job description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare specialists in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably with pediatricians or dentists, and possess a valid UAE driving license with their own car.Responsibilities: * Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare specialists, focusing on pediatricians and dentists.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to increase product awareness and sales.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare specialists.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to healthcare professionals.
• Utilize office suite tools for administrative tasks and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
• Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and track sales performance (experience with CRM is a plus).
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
• Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to network and promote products.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements: * Minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales in the UAE.

• Experience working with pediatricians or dentists is preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license and own car are mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with CRM software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
