Job description: Position Summary

  • Driving the SAC business B2B sales strategy for Dubai , develop and manage the SAC segment by working closely with the distributor & dealers.
  • To develop and maintain the correct level of resource, and ensure sales target as well as market share achievement. Manage shared resources in the most efficient way for superior service to key customers.

Role and Responsibilities

Achievement of company targets across UAE Dubai Emirate & Northern Emirates

  • Lead role in the country-wise sales planning and target setting in order to attain higher market share
  • Manages key dealers and perform channel development to ensure that the proper fulfilling the objective of Samsung – achievement of sales revenue, market share, investment in right channel
  • Conducts key retailer management and enhance Samsung SAC visibility in Dubai market .
  • Provides accurate and timely forecasts and required reporting to the management team.

Monitoring and driving product demand

  • Achieving excellence – Generates synergy through boundary less collaboration within the organization and achieves outstanding performance with a drive for execution.
  • Preparing for the future – Presents business directions with a mid- to long-term perspective and leads change and innovation.

Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications:

Mechanical / Electrical or bachelor in Engineering

2 to 4-years of experience in SAC management within a consumer electronics and HVAC environment with reputed companies within UAE market preferably in Dubai or NE market.

Must be located in Dubai or Northern Emirates

A track record of success within UAE, profile should be possible to check his or her reputation with current (or old) HR department

Ability to perform and work under different conditions and be a team player.

Extensive sales thinking, demonstrable sales focus, pro-active and proven sales track record.

Being able to work under minimum supervision.

Excellent quantitative aptitude, commercial acumen, good persuasion skills, assertive nature.

Good PC skills- Excel, PowerPoint.

Highly objective oriented, catch company’s objective easily in different situation

Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations

Must own his/her own car and valid UAE driving license to travel

Arabic speaking is preferred
