We are looking to appoint an outstanding High School Computer Science Teacher to join us in August 2024.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Computer Science Teacher to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity for an educator who is passionate and eager to contribute to the academic success of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students, following the school’s curriculum and educational standards.
• Develop and implement creative and effective teaching strategies to inspire a love for learning and foster critical thinking skills.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Ensuring continuity in the delivery of curriculum content.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that encourages curiosity and exploration.
• Participate in parent-teacher conferences and maintain open communication with parents regarding student progress.

Skills

Qualifications & Knowledge:

• University degree with teaching emphasis or completion of

teacher preparation program – must be in relevant age group or subject. * Professional teacher certification.

• Teaching experience in relevant grades across K-12.
• Knowledge of the use of ICT in schools to aid teaching and

learning.

Skills:

• Skilled teacher with solid commitment to teaching and

learning and strong subject knowledge in relevant area. * Excellent communication skills able to build relationships with

students and colleagues and contribute to wider school life. * Professional commitment to becoming an exceptional

teacher.
