As Health Club & Spa Receptionist, we rely on you to:

• Handle the daily operations in Spa, Health Club and related areas
• Greet members and guests, answering incoming calls and members’ enquires in a professional manner
• Monitor and control all stocks and re-order supplies on a regular basis
• Coordinate guests’ consultation records with the spa therapists to ensure punctuality of service
• Familiarize with the spa packages, facilities and equipment and note preferences of guests
• Organize and participate in sports & recreations events and activities

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a passion for wellness and holistic health
• Preferably has experience working in either a spa or a hotel background
• Communicates with fluency in English (and local language)
• Loves interacting with guests and customers
• Has a can-do attitude
• Enjoys interacting with people
• Has strong interpersonal skills
• Is able to work independently
• Enjoys working as part of a team
