Job Responsibilities

• Reconcile Customs GLs for both product Exp and Freight.
• Booking payments entries for customs
• Booking AP entries for customs
• Reconcile the AP customs account.
• Make clearing entries.
• Following on pending cases such as shipments paid not invoiced, duplicate payments, variances.
• Following on not invoiced cases with the station and concerned team.
• made the final reconciliation after month closure and send the summary to management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Accounting
• Fresh graduate up to 1-year Experience
• Excellent command in Microsoft offices
• Excellent command in English
• Team Player
