Job description: This role is focused on driving Digital Transformation and enhancing Omni-Channel Customer Engagement capabilities. We are looking for a business-driven individual who has experience with engaging customers using omni-channel tools. Someone who can support product and brand teams for product launches and tailoring campaigns to specific customer segments. A passion for AI/Robotics is a must for this role.Major Responsibilities
- Lead Regional Advanced Customer Engagement (ACE) projects working side-by-side with the Product and Brand Teams.
- Explore and activate new digital channels that can enhance the impact of our customer engagement.
- Increase Digital Maturity Score through monitoring digital projects’ execution and KPIs.
- Support internal teams in Content production for CLMs, Approved Emails, and Websites.
- Designing education programs and tailoring campaigns according to customer segment.
- Manage the Robotics Lab.
- Formulate and execute use-cases for in-office and at-event use of Robots.
- Conduct research to identify and leverage new AI technologies and tools.
- Collaborate with various entities on AI, Robotics, and Digital Health projects.
Knowledge & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in customer engagement, digital marketing, digital transformation, and/or robotics.
- Experienced in product launches and customer engagement tools such as Userpilot, Pendo, Hotjar, HubSpot CRM, MailChimp, Twilio.
- Artificial Intelligence (AI) software or solutions knowledge, ex: ChatGPT, Machine Learning, Robotic Process Automation (UiPath, Power Automate, etc.)
- Robotics or the application of Robotics in real use-cases.
- Experience with different digital channels such as CLM, Approved Email, Websites, etc. is a must.
