Job Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Assist in financial modeling and analysis for strategic decisions.

Support tracking performance and preparing insightful reports.

Business Case Development

Lead: Take charge in developing business cases for potential projects.

Research: Dive deep into market trends and competitive insights.

Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis to assess project feasibility.

Recommendations: Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.

Strategy Support

Research market opportunities and contribute to strategic insights.

Aid in driving operational efficiency and growth initiatives.

Process Improvement:

Identify areas for streamlining and contribute to process enhancements.

Assist in monitoring metrics for continuous improvement.

Ad Hoc Projects:

Support various projects with analytical insights and strategic inputs.

Work with cross-functional teams to address business challenges.

Data Analysis

Collect and analyze data from various sources to support decision-making processes.

Identify trends and insights to inform strategic recommendations.

Project Management

Assist in project planning, coordination, and execution.

Track project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion.

Stakeholder Engagement

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.

Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams to drive project success.

Presentation Skills

Develop compelling presentations and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations.

Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Continuous Learning

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Proactively seek opportunities for professional development and skill enhancement.

Problem Solving

Identify challenges and opportunities within the organization and propose innovative solutions.

Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and overcome obstacles.

Documentation

Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, findings, and outcomes.

Prepare detailed project reports and documentation for future reference.

What you’ll bring to the party (Must haves)

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.

0-2 years of experience in financial analysis or business strategy.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Self-starter with excellent communication skills.

Startup or tech industry experience is a plus.
