Job Responsibilities:

• Defines and executes marketing campaigns leading 360-degree planning & execution.
• Define KPI’s for marketing actions in line with the business strategy.
• Responsible for creative assets and creative agency management.
• Responsible for in-store executions / Retail Excellence program.
• Study the product, develop and conduct effective trainings for local sales teams.
• Work with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies.
• Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities.
• Maintain relationship with company’s partners.
• Create timely and accurate reports.
• Job involves both outdoor sales (within business verticals) and oversee marketing.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• 4 – 5 years of work experience as a marketing expert (online / offline).
• Knowledge of modern marketing techniques.
• High-level communication and networking skills.
• A passion for sales.
• Have valid UAE driving license. Possess own car to visit the market.
• Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills.
• Good project management skills.
• Fluent English and Arabic in speaking/writing. Strong presentation skills as product spokesperson.
• Native Arab candidates will only be considered for the role.
