Job description: As the Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for managing and executing financial consolidation activities for the holding company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial consolidation for groups or holding companies, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

• Lead the consolidation process for the group’s financial statements, integrating data from multiple entities.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information in accordance with relevant accounting standards.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including finance, operations, and executive leadership, to gather relevant financial data and ensure accurate consolidation.

• UAE National with Family Book (REQUIRED)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial consolidation for a group or holding company with multiple entities.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
