Job description: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager for our Car Rental company based in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the car rental industry and possess excellent leadership and management skills.

Responsibilities: * Oversee the daily operations of the car rental company, ensuring efficient and smooth operations

• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
• Manage and motivate a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to make informed business decisions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
• Manage the fleet of rental vehicles, including maintenance, repairs, and fleet optimization
• Create and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on the performance and progress of the company
• Stay updated with industry developments and technological advancements to drive innovation and improve service offerings

Preferred Candidate: * Minimum of 10 years of experience in the car rental industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial role

• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of achieving business targets and driving revenue growth
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of the car rental industry, including market trends and competition
• Experience in fleet management and optimization
• Proficient in using car rental software and other relevant technology
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
