Job description: Our client, a reputed name in real estate facility management industry is seeking to hire a Sales Manager for their office based in Abu Dhabi.
Job Responsibilities:
- Meeting regularly with clients to discuss their needs and concerns in order to identify new opportunities for sales growth
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with brokers and agents in order to develop new business opportunities
- Negotiating contracts with sellers to ensure that all parties are satisfied with the terms of the agreement
- Identifying opportunities in the market to increase sales volume or profit margins through new marketing strategies or product offerings
- Coordinating with other members of the team to prepare for events such as open houses or new home launches
- Presenting offers to sellers on behalf of clients in order to facilitate negotiation of price and terms of sale
- Reviewing market conditions and identifying trends that could impact prices or interest in a particular neighborhood or area
- Meeting regularly with clients to discuss their needs and concerns in order to identify new opportunities for sales growth
- Managing a team of real estate agents to ensure that they are meeting their goals and providing quality service to clients
Education & other requirements:
- A degree in the marketing field, business or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience as a sales manager/team leader role in the real estate is a MUST.
- Proven organizational and planning ability.
- UAE driving license
Salary: Up to AED 15000
Working days: 6 days a week / Sunday to Friday (Saturday weekly off)
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday – 8am to 5pm
Friday – 8am to 12noon
Sunday – 8am to 3pm
Job Location: Abu Dhabi
Expected salary: 15000 per month
