The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding the distribution network by leveraging their knowledge and connections in the food distribution industry, specifically in the Middle East. The Sales Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and key players in the food industry.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to expand the distribution network for food products in the UAE.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with manufacturers in India and other regions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the successful distribution of various food items, including but not limited to ketchup and other food ingredients.
• Have an in-depth understanding of the food distribution channels, including supermarkets, retail outlets, and restaurants in the Middle East.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the company.
• Build and manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the food distribution industry.
• Strong network and connections within the food distribution sector in the Middle East.
• In-depth knowledge of distribution channels, market trends, and consumer behaviour in the food industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Fluency in Malayalam or North Indian Hindi is preferred.
