Position Overview:
We are looking for an Operations Manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Dubai holiday home market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the local market, regulations, and customer expectations, and will be responsible for overseeing and improving all aspects of our holiday home operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of holiday homes, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction.
- Supervise and lead a team of operations staff, including housekeepers, maintenance personnel, and customer service representatives.
- Implement and maintain operational procedures and standards to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
- Monitor property listings, pricing, and availability to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints to ensure a positive and memorable stay.
- Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure the homes are in top condition.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and licensing requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate and improve the guest experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in holiday home operations in the Dubai market.
- Strong knowledge of the local holiday home regulations and market trends.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Valid UAE driving license.
